How to stop overthinking

The first on for more thing that you have to do is to realization all thinking is not going to help  you in the process .you can plan you can analyzed but do not overdo it you are  over planned if you are over analyzed it is not going to help you . It is well distract that you form you process. The first thing realized is that overthinking not going to help you.

The Second thing you can practice to be mindful now this is practice that you can do to stop overthinking to be mindful to practice the mindful so how can be practice mindful there many way many there one of them to be mindful about breathing pattern . When you become more mindful about this in hell exhale your mind come to present moment. All Right now only thinking in hell ex hell you being mindful about that now instantly you reduce this thousand and thousand an looping though to two though in hell or ex hell .

Normally automatically you well find peace full you well stop overthinking about this thinking whenever yourself overthink what you have to do take three deep breath in and out. Just step a for while by being mindful about breathing pattern or you can be mindful about your body.
